Insurance cover for withdrawal from the trip
This insurance covers the withdrawal from the booked trip and compensates your cancellation costs if you cannot take part in the trip due to an insured happening
Insurance protection is granted in the following cases:
- accident, unexpected illness or death
- new job and the trial period lies within the insured time of travel
- pupils or students: a resit lies within the insured time of travel
- accident, unexpected illness or indigestible vaccination of a dog that has been announced for the trip
- job dismissal and new job recruitment after a time of unemployment
- indigestible vaccination
- pregnancy
- considerable damage of the property of an insured person due to fire, elemental events or criminal offences of third persons
- unexpected conscription, reserve duty training or alternative military service
Important notice:
In all the above-mentioned cases, 20 % of the cancellation fees (or at least 25,- Euro per person) will have to be carried by the insured person, unless the insurance case is caused by "death" (in this case the insurance company will compensate 100 % of the cancellation fees).
