We offer 3 possibilities to submit your booking to us (please look below). It is important to know that we refer to our general terms and conditions, as a basis for the closing of the travel-contract

webshop

Our webshop offers the most comfortable way to generate your booking! Just select your travels on the upper left side of our homepage by pushing the button "Festival-ABC". The requested trip will then be on the centre screen with an appropriate navigation menu. Just press the button "booking" and you will automatically be guided to our webshop.

In the shop, you can choose whether to submit your booking as a guest or you can inscribe your own customer account. You will then receive your private passwort and log-in information by e-mail. For any further orders in the future, you are then prepared to administrate your own account and the booking process will be much faster.

You have the possibility to put several travel packages or just single services in your shopping cart, and you should not forget to cover your booking with travel insurance. If you would like to book diverse services, just use the button "continue shopping" when you have your shopping cart on screen. This means you will be linked to the product overview of your requested festival / event again. Once you have all the requested products and services in your cart you just use the "checkout"-button to complete your booking.

Before you definitely submit your booking to us, you can transform and change your shopping cart the way you want.

A few moments after your booking you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. We kindly ask you to check your booking once more.

You are welcome to send your booking by regular mail.

In order to guarantee a correct handling of your booking we will need the following information:

First your personal details:
first and last name, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address (if possible).

If your booking is for more than one person, please also quote us the first and last name of the other travelers.

Names are most relevant for us if you book flights or flight packages through us, because we will have to give all names to the corresponding airline.

booking information:
name of festival / event, booking number, quantity of services

Please also inform us in your letter, if you wish the closing of travelers insurance (recommended!)

At the end of your booking letter, please do not forget to put your signature.

When your booking has reached us...

... we will handle it within 2 workdays, and send the invoice of your booking to your quoted e-mail address.

If you order a travel package (bus-, train-, or flight package) we will send the invoice by regular mail to your quoted address together with a customer-paid policy per traveler.
